Wilkinson’s have signed a lease to open a store in the St Modwen-owned Edmonton Green Shopping Centre, triggering a £3m refit.
Wilkinson’s have signed a 15-year lease for a 22,000 sq ft unit in the North Square. Now £3m of improvements to shop fronts, flooring and street furniture – plans approved by the council last year – will go ahead.
This follows a refurbishment of the South Mall last year, which also added a 73-bed hotel.
